Open the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing solution or air supply valve, and clean or dry the filter cake. After the operation, turn off the washing pump or air compressor and valve, and remove the cake.

　　3. Cake unloading operation. The actual practice is: close the feed pump and feed valve first Enter the washing liquid or air supply device and valve, and then press the "loosen" button on the operation panel. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the clamping plate back to the proper position. Release and press the "loosen" button. Manually drive the filter plate one by one to remove the filter cake. Clean up the filter residue stuck on the protruding surface to prevent the filter residue from clamping on the protruding surface to affect the sealing characteristics and cause water leakage. The operation cycle ends.

　　4 Before the operation of the plate and frame filter press, check the whole machine: whether the filter cloth is folded or overlapped, and whether the power connection is normal. The suppression work can be carried out only after the inspection is qualified.
